While we strive for excellence in every transaction, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. 1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Only vehicles purchased directly from RunStyle Citeino are eligible for returns and refunds.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • The vehicle must have no more than 500 miles driven since the purchase date.

  • The vehicle must be in its original condition, free from damage, modifications, or excessive wear.

  • All original paperwork, keys, and accessories must be included.

  • Special-order vehicles, clearance items, and vehicles sold “as-is” are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

  • Customers must submit a return request via email at info@runstyleciteino.com and provide the original sales receipt or purchase agreement.

  • Once the request is received, our team will review the eligibility criteria and respond within 3-5 business days.

  • If approved, a return appointment will be scheduled, and the vehicle will undergo a final inspection upon return.

3. Refund Terms

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the final inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Any fees for financing, registration, or administrative services are non-refundable.

  • A restocking fee of up to 10% of the vehicle’s purchase price may apply.

4. Exchanges

  • Customers may opt to exchange a vehicle instead of requesting a refund. Exchanges must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

  • The replacement vehicle must be of equal or greater value, and the customer is responsible for any price difference.

  • Only one exchange per purchase is permitted.

5. Special Considerations

  • Returns due to undisclosed manufacturer defects or safety concerns may be eligible beyond the standard 7-day return window.

  • Manufacturer recalls will be handled in accordance with the terms of the vehicle’s warranty.

  • Vehicles returned due to financing issues may incur additional charges as outlined in the financing agreement.

6. Additional Notes

  • RunStyle Citeino reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements.

  • Any disputes related to returns or refunds will be resolved in accordance with Florida state laws.
